The discussion was held thoroughly on following subjects. 
 
1)  Discussion held on Annual Teaching plan and activities to be organize during the Academic year 2023- 2024 
 
2)  Division of work and Allotment of Subjects. 
 
3)  Discussion regarding Time Table of the Department and Adjustment in the time table of the Physical Education Department. 
 
4)  Preparation of teaching plan and the plan of month wise syllabus so as the completion of syllabus thoroughly within stipulated time. 
 
5)  Discussion was also held on Revision of syllabus and to place the order to purchase new text book for library to avoid inconvenience to the students it was decided to purchase books at earliest according to the budget provision of Physical Education department. 
 
6)  Teachers should provide model question paper to their respective students to plan their Study. 
 
7)  It was decided that the Physical Education Department should try to arrange wall paper presentation events and to conduct expert Guidance for their students and players to motivate them and for overall personality development of the students.  
 
8) Decided to conduct various events throughout the whole Academic year. 
 
9) The teachers and the students should try to participate in the conferences, workshops, seminars and Symposia during the Academic year related to sports and physical Education department.  

10) Made tentative plan for Study tour to learn various matters regarding Sports and Physical Education as a important part of practical Examination. 

11) Decided to visit various play grounds namely District sports Ground, Running Track, throw ball track etc.Planned to visit the sports Department of Shivaji University Kolhapur as a part of practical Examination of physical Education.
