Department of Education is established in 4th june 1985. College received grant in 1996.Our college accridited by A grade in third cycle.

Department of Education received the certificate of merit from shivaji University for securing first rank in the Education faculty in urban area in 20/4/2016

Objectives of the Department

1.To develop Teaching skills and competencies among student teachers

2.To face global challenges through development and knowledge among student teachers

3.To enhance capabilities by including National values and duties as mentioned in the constitution of India.

4.To make student teachers sensetive about emerging issues such as Environment , Population, Gende equality and Scientific attitude.
